Frequently Asked Questions

Where does the trial take place?

Normally trials take place at the brides house or a family/friends house, you might like other people with you to enjoy the experience fully. It's also great if that's where you will be getting ready so I can see the space and lighting available first. However, please don't worry if you aren't getting ready from your house and alternatively you can have a trial at mine house if this is more convienient for you.

I want to come with a friend - can I bring somebody along?

Absolutely! Its great to bring friends along, I would be cautious about bringing too many people as this can affect your opinion and sometimes become overwhelming. I would say up to 3 guests.

Shall I prepare anything for my make up trial?

It is great to come prepared with some images of make up/hair that you like. I generally also always like to see an image of you on a night out so I can gauge how much make up you normally wear. We will have a full consultation at the trial so I can fully access and understand your style, requirements and vibe of your wedding.

Do I need to bring anything with me?

Come armed with as many images as possible. Also if you have a veil, clip or intend to have flowers it is great if you can have them available, if not let me know before and I should be able to bring something along.

Which payment methods do you accept?

A non-refundable deposit is required at time of booking to secure your date. On the trial you can pay on the day via bank transfer and remaining wedding balance must be paid 1 week before the wedding day.

Do you charge travel fee?

Travel expenses depend on the size of the booking. Bookings over 15 miles from base locations may have a small travel fee depending on the size of the party but this will be outlined clearly when you receive your quote.
